Position: Senior Contracts & Commercial Executive

We are seeking a presentable, dynamic, and experienced professional to join our organization and assume a key role in our commercial and contractual operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Law Graduate (LL.B. or equivalent qualification preferred).

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in contracts, commercial management, or a similar role.

• Strong ability to review, interpret, and draft contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.

• Proven experience in negotiating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Sound knowledge of construction contracts, project administration, claims, and commercial practices.

• Good understanding of construction industry operations, project execution, and commercial activities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and provide strategic advice to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and legal advisors on contractual matters.

• Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

• Support management in resolving disputes, claims, and commercial negotiations.

• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

• Assist in tendering, procurement, and project-related commercial activities.

• Prepare contractual correspondence, notices, and reports.
