A company operating in the Food & Beverage industry is looking for a qualified Purchasing Officer to join its team in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

Previous experience in purchasing within the Food & Beverage sector in Saudi Arabia.

Good knowledge of local suppliers, market prices, and product quality standards.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to compare quotations and select the best suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.

Experience in following up on purchase orders and supplier commitments.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and communicate with suppliers.

Request and compare quotations.

Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.

Monitor stock needs and coordinate with relevant departments.

Ensure materials are purchased at the best quality and price.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
