Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Work Shop Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations in our fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will oversee production teams, ensure workflow efficiency, maintain safety and quality standards, and support operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise fabrication activities (cutting, welding, machining, assembly)

• Allocate manpower and ensure daily production targets are met

• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Inspect fabricated work for quality and compliance with drawings

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and maintenance requirements

• Prepare production reports, shift logs, and performance updates

• Support communication within the facility and with external partners

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing

• Valid driving license (mandatory)

• Knowledge of the local market is an advantage

• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate in Hindi & Arabic is a plus

• Previous supervisory experience preferred in KSA
