Key Responsibilities
Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Understand client requirements and job specifications
Handle bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Assist with documentation, mobilization, and onboarding
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
1–5 years experience in recruitment or manpower consultancy
Experience in Bahrain/GCC recruitment is an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
