تفاصيل الوظيفة
Operates efficiently the Kilns namely Precalciner & Pre-heater Kiln # 6 (with production Capacity of 3,500 tons of Clinker/day), Precalciner & Pre-heater Kiln # 7 and 8(each with production Capacity of 10,000 tons of Clinker/day) and related equipment’s as assigned through computerized programmable logic control systems installed in the Central Control Room (CCR) as per the approved operating procedures and work instructions to ensure safe and efficient process operation to achieve the production target according to the production capacity.
Continuously monitors operating parameters and conditions displayed in the computer monitors installed at CCR for safe and efficient operation. Maintains the quality requirements of Type-wise Clinker as instructed by the Quality and Process Control Dept. Operates Clay Crusher at Terminal -2 from Central Control Room safely and most efficiently as per the operating procedures in coordination with Crusher Operator and Heavy Equipment Operator.
