Van Sales Supervisor in Jeddah

We are seeking a strong leader to manage our Van Sales team, ensuring they meet targets and maintain operational excellence in the field.

Key Responsibilities:-

– Lead and coach the Van Sales team to achieve volume and revenue targets.

– Develop and implement strategies to optimize routes and productivity.

– Ensure 100% compliance with journey plans, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.

– Build and maintain strong customer relationships; actively pursue new account growth.

– Provide regular performance reporting and market feedback.

Requirements:-

– Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in Van Sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.

– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

– Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

– Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
