Requirements Of EHS Engineer – T &C in Riyadh

Greetings!

We are looking for the position mentioned below.

Positions: EHS Engineer – T &C

Requirements:

– Candidate must have a minimum 7 years in Rotating Equipment such as Gas turbines and Steam turbines.

– Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

– Experience in Power Plant Industries

JD/Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and participate in PSSR, JSA, and RAMS for all commissioning activities.

2. Manage and enforce the PTW system, ensuring all safety precautions and LOTO requirements are fulfilled prior to high-risk tasks.

3. Review commissioning, pre-commissioning, and operational procedures to ensure full integration of HSE and environmental controls.

4. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with HSE procedures, legal regulations, and company standards.

5. Monitor subcontractors and vendor teams to ensure safe and compliant work practices.

6. Ensure adherence to all applicable local, national, and international HSE regulations.

7. Deliver Toolbox Talks and HSE training sessions focused on commissioning-phase risks.

8. Support the development and execution of Emergency Response Plans and related drills.

9. Participate in or lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, ensuring proper root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Work Location: Western Region, Saudi Arabia

Working Hours: 48 per week (OT more than 48)
