Job Description

• Plan, execute, and manage ICT projects to achieve set objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to agreed deliverable.

• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.

• Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and task delegation.

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and procedures in the technology department.

• Facilitate project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.

Required Skills And Competencies

• Proficiency in project management, planning and organizing

• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally

• Ability to foster teamwork to work cooperatively and effectively with team members

• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment

• Proficient in the following computer software applications: MS Office products, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Teams, and Project

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Level of Degree in Engineering /technical field preferred

• Demonstrated experience in project management

• Project Manager/Coordinator experience preferred
