Material Inspector in Jubail

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Material Inspector to support long-term projects in the Eastern Province. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in material inspection within oil & gas or industrial projects, particularly under ARAMCO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and verify materials upon receipt to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable standards.

Ensure materials conform to SAES, SAMSS, SAEP, and SA175 requirements.

Review and verify material documentation, including Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), compliance reports, and inspection records.

Ensure compliance with ARAMCO 9COM and RVL standards during material inspection and approval processes.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, QA/QC teams, and site engineers regarding material inspection issues.

Identify non-conforming materials and initiate NCRs with proper follow-up and corrective actions.

Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare inspection reports as required.

Support audits, inspections, and site activities related to material quality and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Proven experience as a Material Inspector, preferably on ARAMCO projects.

Strong knowledge of ARAMCO standards, including SAES, SAMSS, SAEP, SA175, 9COM, and RVL.

Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and inspection procedures.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Willingness to work long-term and perform overtime when required.

Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Long-term

Working Hours: 8 hours per day + overtime as required
