GRO/ Accountant in Jubail

we are looking for a Expert GRO cun Accountant who can handle and manage our company’s Qiwa ,Ajeer, Recruit in Govt system, and all kinds of Govt related online system.In addition the person should have a managing for accounting experience.

Iqama : looking for transfer visa

allowance:Food accmodation and transportation provided

experience minimum : 3-4 years

Accounting software used by company : Odoo

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Finance

• Manage daily accounting activities using Odoo ERP

• Record, review, and verify accounting entries

• Monitor revenues and expenses accurately

• Prepare monthly financial reports

• Prepare final accounts, financial statements, and budgets

• Reconcile customer and supplier balances

• Manage accounts receivable and payable

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Manage petty cash and expense settlements

• Organize and maintain proper accounting documentation within the system

2. Zakat & Tax Compliance

• Prepare and submit VAT returns

• Ensure compliance with Zakat and tax regulations

• Prepare required documents for regulatory authorities

• Ensure timely submissions and avoid penalties

3. Government Platforms & Compliance

• Manage company accounts on government platforms, including:

• Mudad

• GOSI

• Qiwa

• Ministry of Human Resources

• Ministry of Commerce

• Absher Business

• Handle issuance and renewal of:

• Work permits

• Iqamas

• Commercial registrations

• Other statutory requirements

• Follow up on expiry dates and ensure timely renewals

• Coordinate in-person visits to government entities when required
