Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient transportation, timely delivery, and proper inventory management while maintaining high standards of safety and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, delivery, and warehousing

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management

Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Prepare reports on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement

Resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage teams and work under pressure

Good communication and coordination skills (English, Arabic, Hindi)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of local transportation regulations is preferred

Benefits:

Salary: SAR 3,500 per month (candidates who are comfortable with this salary may apply)
