Logistics Operations Manager in Dammam

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a proven ability to manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations.

Oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.

Ensure on-time deliveries and optimize operational efficiency.

Lead and supervise the logistics team.

Monitor KPIs, control costs, and implement process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, including leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse management, and inventory control.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.
