Operations & Procurement Specialist (Saudi Aramco Projects) in Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Procurement Specialist to support our Saudi Aramco projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage procurement activities and supplier negotiations.

* Recruit and mobilize qualified manpower for Saudi Aramco projects (QC Inspectors, Riggers, HSE, Technicians, and other project personnel).

* Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best commercial value.

* Reduce procurement and operational costs through effective sourcing and negotiation.

* Audit and utilize available company resources before initiating new purchases.

* Coordinate daily operations, procurement, logistics, and project follow-up.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.

Requirements

* Previous experience working on Saudi Aramco projects is mandatory.

* Proven experience in procurement, operations, and recruitment.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.

* Fluent in Arabic and English.

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000 (based on experience).
