Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Procurement Supervisor to oversee daily purchasing operations and support the Procurement Manager in executing sourcing strategies. The role involves supervising procurement activities, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Procurement Supervisor will work closely with internal departments to meet operational requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing of materials and services.

Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain strong vendor relationships.

Request quotations, compare bids, and prepare purchase orders.

Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

Monitor material availability, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.

Verify procurement documents, invoices, and supplier contracts for accuracy.

Maintain updated supplier records and track performance.

Ensure all procurement processes follow company policies and quality standards.

Collaborate with operations, finance, and logistics teams to meet project requirements.

Provide regular procurement reports to management.

Job Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.

Strong understanding of sourcing, purchasing procedures, and vendor management.

Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze quotations and compare suppliers effectively.

Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.

Knowledge of the construction, heavy equipment, or logistics sector is a plus.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic, professionalism, and accuracy in documentation.
