We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Pest Control Supervisor** to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pest control operations and be capable of managing teams, ensuring service quality, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

This role is suitable for professionals who have experience supervising pest control technicians and coordinating pest management services across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily pest control operations and field staff

* Plan and schedule pest control treatments and inspections

* Ensure proper application of pest control chemicals and equipment

* Conduct site assessments and identify pest-related issues

* Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction

* Train and guide pest control technicians on best practices

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

* Maintain service records, reports, and documentation

* Manage inventory of chemicals, tools, and equipment

* Coordinate with clients and provide technical recommendations

* Support management with operational reports and service improvements

### Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in pest control operations

* Previous supervisory experience in pest control is preferred

* Good knowledge of pest control techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures

* Familiarity with Bahrain regulations related to pest management

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Ability to prepare reports and maintain service documentation

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
