Job Opening: Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Manpower Industry)

We are looking for experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinators with a solid background in the manpower industry to develop existing business and achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage existing clients and suppliers

Expand company sales by marketing to new clients

Build and maintain a strong client base

Arrange and conduct successful client meetings

Execute result-oriented marketing strategies

Drive successful business development initiatives

Prepare regular reports and report to the HOD

Handle quotations, purchase orders, and timesheet collection

Coordinate invoice submission and follow-ups

Requirements:

Proven experience in the manpower field (mandatory)

Previous experience in a similar sales/marketing role

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and result-oriented approach
