تفاصيل الوظيفة
Contract Commercial Manager – Manage the deliverables of the Commercial & Contracts department effectively.
– Review all incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure smooth communication flow.
– Provide guidance to the project team on Changes/Claims, ensuring compliance with Contract standards.
– Initiate the process of Raising Variation/Claims to the Main Contracts with the Employer.
– Coordinate with all departments for necessary changes and claims.
– Actively participate in Change/Claim meetings to drive efficient outcomes.
– Supervise and guide the Cost Control Team and Procurement Team.
– Develop subcontract/Procurement Templates and ensure alignment with the main contract for consortium protection.
– Uphold contractual obligations and liaise with various departments for seamless operations.
– Thoroughly review significant agreements and correspondence for accuracy.

- 20 years of experience in the field
