Urgent Hiring: ***OUTDOOR SALES MAN*** in Manama

***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:***

•RETAIL OUTREACH: Visit supermarket chains, hypermarkets, and grocery stores daily according to a set route, ensuring timely arrivals at each location. Stock shelves, rotate products (FIFO – first in, first out), arrange attractive displays, place promotional materials, and ensure proper pricing and label placement at all stores.

•DELIVERY: Handle product deliveries to retail locations, including loading/unloading, verifying quantities against orders, and ensuring products reach stores in perfect condition.

•TARGET ACHIEVEMENT: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution goals.

•REPORTING & ADMINISTRATION: Prepare daily sales reports, track inventory levels at store level, and maintain accurate client records.

***REQUIREMENTS:***

• Proven 2 years experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, retail, or supermarket distribution.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

• Valid Bahraini driver’s license.
