Urgently Required : Process Engineer (Sewage Treatment Plant) in Tabuk City

Position: STP Process Engineer

Project: NEOM – Trojena

Location: Trojena Base Camp

Salary: SAR 6,000 (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

Responsible for the operation, monitoring, and optimization of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to ensure continuous compliance with NEOM environmental, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

01. Operate and monitor STP processes (MBBR/biological & tertiary treatment) to meet effluent standards.

02. Perform process tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization to maintain stable plant performance.

03. Monitor key operational parameters and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

04. Coordinate wastewater sampling, third-party lab testing, and compliance reporting.

05. Supervise operators and ensure adherence to SOPs, HSE, and NEOM standards.

06. Coordinate PPM activities and support maintenance, electrical, and instrumentation teams.

07. Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

01. B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering

02. Minimum 5 years experience in STP/WWTP operations

03. Valid Iqama (KSA)

04. Valid Driving License

05. Employment Transfer: Available

Required Skills:

01. Proficient in Microsoft Office (reporting & data analysis)

02. Well knowledgeable on KSA standards & regulations

03. HSE-trained with focus on safety, environment, and sustainability

04. Strong skills in process tuning, troubleshooting, and PPM maintenance

05. Experience with NEOM standards will be an added advantage

Language:

English: Fluent (Mandatory)

Arabic: Advantage
