Cashier in Makkah

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash and electronic payments responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Receive payments by cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other payment methods.

Process sales transactions accurately and issue receipts.

Maintain an accurate cash drawer and ensure proper cash handling procedures.

Reconcile cash and payment records at the end of each shift.

Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, prices, and payments.

Handle refunds, exchanges, and transaction adjustments according to company policies.

Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the system.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and work area.

Report any discrepancies, shortages, or operational issues to management.

Support administrative and accounting tasks when required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.

Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
