Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Summary:
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role requires technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (chillers, split units, package units, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, etc.).
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, mechanical and electrical faults.
Conduct regular inspections and testing of HVAC equipment.
Monitor and adjust thermostats, controls, and building automation systems.
