Project Coordinator & Quantity Surveyor – Interior Design & Fit-Out in Manama

Candidates who are in visit visa or out of Bahrain and Not experienced in the related field won’t be considered.

1. Project Coordinator : Interior design &Fit-Out

Responsibilities :

-Coordinate and manage day-to-day site activities.

-Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project team.

-ensure project timelines,quality standards and safety protocols are met.

prepare work schedules,site reports and progress updates.

– support material approvals,drawings and documentation.

Requirements:

– Minimum 2-5 years experience in interior fit-out projects.

– strong knowledge of site coordination,Materials and interior finishing.

– ability to read drawings and handle multiple tasks.

– Good communication and organizational skills.

-GCC experience is preferred with Bahrain Driving Licence.

2. Quantity Surveyor – Interior Design & Fit-Out.

Responsibilities:

-prepare BOQ, cost estimates and Material take-offs.

– Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

-Manage procurement, quotations, and vendor pricing.

-Prepare cost comparisons, variations, and progress billings.

-Support project team with budget monitoring and commercial documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years experience as QS in Interior Fit-Out.

Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and finishing works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software.

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

GCC experience is preferred.
