The Role

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in the world of compliance? Axipro is looking for a motivated ISO Assistant to support our lead consultants in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from industry experts and play a crucial role in helping businesses achieve and maintain their ISO certifications (including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001). You will be the backbone of our consulting projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Documentation Support: Assist in preparing, formatting, and organizing client documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit evidence.

• Project Coordination: Help track project timelines, schedule internal and client meetings, and maintain project-related records.

• Audit Preparation: Support lead auditors by organizing evidence, preparing checklists, and compiling audit reports.

• Client Communication: Assist with follow-up communications to ensure clients submit required information in a timely manner.

• Research: Conduct research on specific ISO standards and industry best practices to support the consulting team.

• Data Entry: Maintain and update client information in our project management and compliance tools.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong eye for detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new software platforms.

• A strong interest in and desire to learn about ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001).

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.

• A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset.

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is a plus.

• A basic understanding of ISO management systems is highly desirable but not essential for a candidate with the right attitude to learn.
