Urgent Hiring: Construction & Environmental Specialists & Logistics in Riyadh

S&S Manpower is seeking experienced professionals for immediate placement with an attractive salary package. These positions are open for transfer after 6 months.

1. Sustainability Specialist

Must hold a Mostadam Certificate.

Experience in sustainability initiatives, green building practices, energy efficiency, and resource conservation.

Support environmental compliance and corporate sustainability programs.

2. Construction Logistics Manager

Experience: 10–15 years in construction logistics (not general supply chain).

Responsibilities include:

Mobilization / Site Set-Up Plans

Traffic Management Plans

Waste Management Plans

Dust Control Plans

Asset / Material Control

Other site logistics coordination

Ensure compliance with local, state, and national environmental regulations related to construction.

Strong coordination with contractors, government agencies, and internal teams.

3. Environmental Specialist

Education: Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field. Master’s or certifications (NEBOSH, ISO 14001, EMS Auditor, LEED) preferred.

Experience: 3–5 years in environmental management within construction or infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct EIAs, site inspections, and audits

Monitor construction processes for waste, pollution, erosion, and sediment control

Develop, implement, and monitor Environmental Management Plans (EMPs)

Prepare reports, permits, and documentation for regulatory agencies

Conduct training for on-site personnel

Support sustainability initiatives
