Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Videographer with a proven track record in producing high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in filming, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; however, candidates with a high school diploma must demonstrate at least 5 years of professional videography experience to qualify. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional production standards.

Responsibilities

Plan, film, and edit video content for marketing, social media, client projects, and internal communications.

Operate professional cameras, lighting equipment, drones (if applicable), and audio gear with confidence and precision.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling visual concepts.

Ensure all footage is captured in high quality, properly archived, and delivered within deadlines.

Maintain consistency in visual style, framing, and storytelling across projects.

Manage pre-production tasks including location scouting, shot lists, and equipment preparation.

Handle post-production editing, color correction, sound optimization, and final exports.

Stay updated on industry trends, new equipment, and best practices in videography and editing.

Requirements

For candidates with a High school diploma, a +5 years in experience is a must.

For candidates with a bachelor degree, a +3 years in experience is a must.

Strong portfolio demonstrating filming, editing, and storytelling capabilities.

Proficiency with professional cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.), lighting setups, and audio equipment.

Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of visual composition.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Drone operation certification (if applicable).

Motion graphics or basic animation experience (After Effects).

Experience in directing on-set talent.
