INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN AUTOMATION EXPERIENCE in Jubail

we are looking for instrument technician

[11:05 AM, 12/15/2025] Anees Sourcing Manager Rwad: . Exhibit full awareness of emergency response system and PTW system and immediately report any incident / near miss and identify hazards / risks and assist the team to mitigate them.

3. Provide fast and efficient response and repair time to any breakdowns in plant, utility, blending & filling equipment whilst ensuring all the issued safety procedures and standards are followed.

4. Troubleshoot malfunctioning of plant process equipment by understanding technical manuals, electrical drawings and process flow diagrams. Identify root cause of equipment and machine failures and improves asset performance and reliability to meet annual operational and production objectives.

5. Timely closure of scheduled calibration (internal/ external) and report any observed deviation or malfunction in process instruments.

6. Responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs and maintenance of PLC based automatic electronic filling and packing machines, palletizing robot, bar-coding machines, sealing and stretch wrapping equipment.

7. Responsible for plant process control system maintenance including SIEMENS & ABB Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and remote Input/output cabinet problems, communication modules PROFIBUS & Ethernet networks issues, server-client computer control station problems and backups.

8. Follow plans of preventive and periodic maintenance of plant equipment and machinery and ensure timely completion. Ensure entire daily, monthly and quarterly maintenance checklists are being followed and filled.

implementation & maintenance of equipment in lube plants or similar industry.

Must be computer literate — MS Office

Hands on experience in Safety, ISO 9001 (Quality) & ISO 14001 (Environmental) Management systems

Perform as a Team Player

Working experience on CMMS/ maintenance with operational understanding
