We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and generate project sales within the construction and MEP sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying projects from the planning stage through project award while supporting the company’s business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Continuously identify and pursue new project opportunities within the construction market.
Track projects through planning, tendering, execution, and award stages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
Maintain an up-to-date database of projects, clients, consultants, and business opportunities.
Prioritize target projects based on company objectives and business strategy.
Arrange client meetings, presentations, and follow-up visits to promote the company’s services.
Coordinate with internal departments to support project proposals and business development activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Submit weekly reports covering:
Client visits
New projects identified
New business leads
Meeting outcomes
Expected business opportunities
Sales pipeline updates and follow-up activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in construction, MEP, industrial, or engineering companies is preferred.
Valid driving license.
Transferable Iqama.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales.
Existing network within the Saudi construction market is highly preferred.
Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners is an advantage.

Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
Excellent internet research and market analysis capabilities.
Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English. Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
