Chef – Bagels, Crepes & Café Desserts

About the Role
We are hiring a Chef for a specialty coffee shop to work on light food and desserts that pair well with coffee.
The role focuses on:
• Bagels
• Crepes
• Simple desserts served in cups

This is a practical, fast-paced café role, with room to contribute ideas and grow with the brand.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare and improve bagels, crepes, and café-style desserts
• Help develop new food ideas that fit a coffee shop environment
• Ensure speed, consistency, and quality
• Work efficiently during busy service
• Support menu improvements and food R&D when needed

Who This Is For?
• Chefs with experience in coffee shops, cafés, or fast-paced kitchens
• Pastry or light-food chefs who enjoy simple, clean food
• People who like improving recipes and adding ideas
• Team players who care about consistency and quality

Experience
• Previous experience in a café or fast-paced food concept
• Knowledge of basic pastry, doughs, crepes, or desserts
• R&D experience is a plus, not mandatory
