Architectural Engineer (Filipino Only) in Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

The day-to-day duties involve a mix of office-based design and on-site technical supervision.

Systems Design: Designing and integrating complex building systems, including structural frameworks, mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

Technical Drawing & Modeling: Creating high-precision blueprints and 3D models using BIM (Building Information Modeling) software to detect “clashes” between different systems before construction begins.

Feasibility & Analysis:

Running calculations on load distribution, thermal performance, and energy consumption to ensure the building can withstand environmental stressors.

Compliance: Ensuring all designs meet local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Construction Oversight: Conducting site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues in real-time, and ensure the contractor follows the engineering specifications.

To thrive in this role, you need a blend of analytical rigor and technical proficiency:

Category Must-Have Skills: Technical, Structural Analysis, Thermodynamics, Electrical Circuits, Materials. Science.

Must Know Software Application: Autodesk Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, Navisworks, Rhino/Grasshopper.

Analytical: Cost Estimation, Sustainability (LEED) Analysis, Disaster Resilience Soft Skills, Interdisciplinary Collaboration, Technical Report Writing, Problem-Solving

Focuses on: Works on Civil Finishing and can manage the Projects all the time.
