HR Recruiter Executive in Manama

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain and capable of joining immediately. The role focuses on recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, onboarding coordination, and supporting HR operations while ensuring compliance with Bahrain labor law.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews with department managers

Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Support employee onboarding and orientation processes

Ensure recruitment and HR practices comply with Bahrain labor law

Assist with visa documentation, employee records, and HR administration

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred

Knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and recruitment procedures

Locally available in Bahrain

Immediate joiners preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

Proficiency in MS Office and job portals

Preferred Skills

Experience using recruitment platforms and HR systems

Knowledge of LMRA and visa processing procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and coordination skills
