???? Work Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

???? Open Positions: HYCO Operator I

Experience Required: 8–10 years (HYCO / Process Plant Operations)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Process Operations preferred (Associate degree considered with relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Independent field and DCS operations

Leadership in start-ups, shutdowns, TARs, and outages

Permit-to-work, LOTO, JSAs, and SWIM preparation

Training and mentoring junior operators

Support commissioning and customer coordination

HYCO Operator II

Experience Required: 6–8 years (process plant operations, supervisory exposure preferred)

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate degree considered)

Key Responsibilities:

Unsupervised field and DCS operations

Plant start-up and shutdown activities

System isolation and permit issuing

Active participation in HSSE initiatives

Support training of junior operators

Operation of DCS, rotating equipment, and control systems

HYCO Operator III

Experience Required: 2–4 years (HYCO / process plant operations)

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate degree considered)

Key Responsibilities:

Field operations and routine plant activities

Permit handling and LOTO implementation

Environmental compliance and safety practices

Support commissioning and maintenance activities

Progression toward higher operator competency levels

???? General Requirements (All Levels)

✔ Proven experience in HYCO / SMR / process plants

✔ Strong knowledge of process safety and HSSE requirements

✔ Willingness to work in shift operations

✔ Effective communication skills

✔ Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
