تفاصيل الوظيفة

Administrative Support

Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.

Maintain filing systems (digital & physical) for travel documents, invoices, and contracts.

2. Travel Documentation

Prepare and organize travel itineraries, vouchers, and confirmations.

Assist in processing visa applications, passport details, insurance forms, and travel authorizations.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of travel documents before sending to clients.

3. Client & Supplier Coordination

Communicate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and suppliers for bookings, updates, and confirmations.

Follow up on pending information, payments, or document submissions.

Provide basic support to clients regarding travel inquiries.

4. Reporting & Data Entry

Update booking systems (GDS/CRM/Excel) with client details and travel information.

Maintain customer databases and travel records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

5. Accounts & Finance Support

(if required by the company)

Prepare invoices, payment links, and receipts.

Coordinate with accounts for supplier payments and client collections.

Track petty cash and maintain expense records.

6. HR & Office Support

Assist with onboarding new staff and organizing training schedules.

Maintain attendance records and leave tracking.

Support company events, travel fairs, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Basic knowledge of travel operations is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
