Spray Painter & Welder (Expat Position – Bahrain) Location: Bahrain in Tubli

We are looking for skilled and reliable Spray Painters and Welders to join our growing team in Bahrain. Candidates must have hands-on experience, strong technical abilities, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

???? Position 1: Spray Painter

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking.

Mix paints according to required color and consistency.

Apply primer, basecoat, and topcoat using spray guns.

Inspect finished work to ensure smooth, even coverage.

Maintain spray equipment and follow safety procedures.

Required Skills / Experience

Minimum 2–5 years experience as an automotive/industrial spray painter.

Knowledge of paint types, color matching, and surface preparation.

Ability to work with various spraying tools and equipment.

Good eye for detail and finishing quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in [Automotive, Marine, Furniture, Industrial] painting.

Ability to work under deadlines.

Position 2: Welder

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG / TIG / ARC / Gas welding (specify required types).

Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

Fabricate, install, and repair metal structures.

Inspect welds for quality and safety standards.

Maintain and operate welding equipment safely.

Required Skills / Experience

Minimum 3–5 years welding experience in fabrication, construction, or industrial sectors.

Ability to weld different metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminum).

Strong knowledge of safety standards and workshop tools.

Certifications in welding are an advantage (not mandatory).

Must be willing to relocate to Bahrain.

Physically fit and able to work in workshop environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills (basic English is acceptable).
