Production Manager (DNV / Oil & Gas Fabrication) in Dammam

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and control fabrication projects involving DNV-certified skids, structural steel, and mechanical assemblies. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, process-driven, and capable of managing production schedules while meeting strict quality and inspection requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control daily & weekly production activities

• Manage fabrication of DNV offshore skids and related structures

• Coordinate with QC, DNV inspectors, project team, and logistics

• Ensure compliance with DNV, ISO, ASME, WPS/PQR, and ITPs

• Monitor productivity, man-hours, and material usage

• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions

• Ensure HSE compliance on the shop floor

• Prepare production progress reports for management

• Align fabrication, blasting, painting, FAT, and dispatch schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma (Mechanical / Production / Fabrication)

• Prior experience with offshore skids, pressure piping, modules

• Familiar with documentation & traceability requirements
