HYCO Operators (Hydrogen Carbon Monoxide) – I, II & III – Jubail, Saudi Arabia in Jubail

Join a world-scale hydrogen and CO₂ production operation supporting clean energy goals across the region. We’re hiring skilled operators across three levels to drive safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance.

???? Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

– Operate HYCO Steam Methane Reformer and CO₂ recovery units

– Execute field and DCS operations independently and safely

– Manage safety protocols: LOTO, permits, confined space, etc.

– Support commissioning, start-ups, shutdowns, and outages

– Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams

– Maintain environmental and regulatory compliance

– Ensure accurate shift handover and board-level communication

– Participate in investigations and continuous improvement initiatives

– Train junior operators and contribute to technical reviews (Level I & II)

???? Experience Requirements

– HYCO Operator I — 8–10 years

– HYCO Operator II — 6–8 years (including 2+ years supervisory)

– HYCO Operator III — 2–4 years

???? Qualifications

– Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Operations preferred

– Technical diploma (2-year) considered with relevant experience

– Strong safety mindset and process knowledge

– Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

– Interpersonal and team coordination skills

– Familiarity with local EH&S and environmental standards
