Mechanical Projects Supervisor (HVAC & Refrigeration) in Khobar

A reputable company in the MEP and HVAC field is seeking to hire a Mechanical Projects Supervisor specialized in HVAC & Refrigeration to join its team.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage HVAC and refrigeration works at project sites.

Coordinate daily activities of technicians, foremen, and subcontractors.

Monitor project progress and ensure works are executed as per drawings and specifications.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and other disciplines.

Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning follow-ups.

Report site progress, issues, and manpower status to project management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Mechanical or HVAC Projects Supervisor.

Strong knowledge of HVAC & refrigeration systems (VRF/VRV, DX, Chilled Water).

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and BOQs.

Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Experience in construction and MEP projects is preferred.

Familiar with site safety regulations and quality control procedures.
