About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Procurement Officer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Interior Design or Furniture industry, with strong sourcing and negotiation skills to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for furniture, materials, and finishes.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

Prepare and process purchase orders in line with project timelines which is within 5 days upon receiving the BOM / MR.

Coordinate with design, project management, and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery.

Maintain and update supplier databases, pricing lists, and procurement records.

Monitor inventory and forecast material requirements.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

2–3 years of procurement experience in the ID / Furniture industry (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, and finishes.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in ERP, MS Office and basic procurement tools/software.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Age: 25–28 years.
