We are currently looking for a female Receptionist to join our team at a 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate should be professional, customer-oriented, and able to deliver excellent guest service.

✨ Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out

• Handle reservations and room assignments

• Answer phone calls and guest inquiries

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

• Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism

• Manage payments and daily cashiering tasks

Requirements:

• Preferred candidate from the Philippines

• Previous hotel or customer service experience is an advantage

• Good communication skills in English

• Presentable, friendly, and well-organized

• Able to join immediately (preferred)
