Procurement Specialist – Local & International Procurement (Up To 5 – 7 Year Max.) in Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist for project-based operations in Saudi Arabia.

The candidate must have strong experience in local and international procurement, import/export coordination, logistics follow-up, and complete project procurement processes within KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle local and overseas procurement activities

Manage RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and purchase orders

Coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance processes

Follow up with freight forwarders, suppliers, and logistics companies

Support project procurement planning and delivery schedules

Maintain vendor database and sourcing activities

Coordinate with finance and project teams regarding procurement status and payments

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Saudi Arabia

Strong knowledge of KSA import/export procedures and customs regulations

Experience in engineering, industrial, energy, or project procurement

Good communication and negotiation skills

Transferable Iqama preferred
