Transportation Coordinator in Jubail

We are seeking a responsible and organized Transportation Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily transportation of employees to and from plant/project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily transportation schedules for employees and site personnel

Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off operations

Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and manpower requirements

Ensure proper allocation of vehicles based on operational needs

Maintain transportation logs, attendance monitoring, and trip records

Coordinate with site supervisors and departments regarding transportation requirements

Monitor vehicle availability and report transportation issues or delays

Ensure compliance with company safety and transportation procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or fleet operations is preferred

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple transportation activities

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work under pressure and handle daily operational coordination

Salary Package:

Basic Salary: SAR 1,750

Food Allowance (FA): SAR 250
