Service Engineer in Dammam

🔹 Service Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support

• Experience working in industrial environments and customer sites

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers

• Conduct site visits and inspections as required

• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
