A Visual Merchandiser designs and creates attractive retail displays (windows, in-store) to boost sales, using creativity, design principles, and brand guidelines to enhance customer experience and drive purchases. Key duties involve planning layouts, arranging products, setting up lighting/signage, sourcing props, training staff, and collaborating with marketing teams on promotions, all while keeping a keen eye on trends, brand image, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Display Creation: Develop and implement window, in-store, and digital displays that are eye-catching and align with brand identity.

Space Planning: Create floor plans, optimize product placement to encourage sales, and utilize elements like color, light, and space.

Material Sourcing: Find and manage suppliers for props, mannequins, signage, and equipment.

Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and store teams on campaigns, new product launches, and overall store aesthetic.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, customer desires, and competitor strategies.

Staff Training: Educate sales associates on display standards and maintenance.
