We are seeking a highly structured, detail-oriented Part-Time Project Manager residing in Bahrain. The core prerequisite for this role is absolute organizational excellence and a proven ability to manage, record, and report on projects over extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

Tracking & Reporting: Meticulously record, track, and report on long-term project lifecycles.

Platform Management: Build, maintain, and optimize workflows using digital project management tools.

Execution: Ensure all deadlines are met and maintain flawless documentation.

Requirements

Crucial: You must have a verifiable track record of extreme organization.

Currently residing in Bahrain (Expatriate status).

Deep proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira).

Proven experience in long-term project logging and stakeholder reporting.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
