???? Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
????Need to have transferable Iqama and expiration date need have at least 4 months.
???? Key Responsibilities:
1. Training System Establishment and Optimization: Responsible for establishing and continuously optimizing the company’s internal training system, including new employee onboarding training, on-the-job skills training, and specialized business training.
2. Training Needs Analysis and Planning: Based on the company’s business development and the needs of various departments, formulate annual and phased training plans, and organize their implementation.
3. Training Course and Material Development: Independently or collaboratively develop training courses and materials, including courseware (PPT), operation manuals, etc., for business departments.
4. Training Effectiveness Evaluation and Optimization: Organize training assessments and effectiveness evaluations, collect training feedback, and continuously optimize training content and methods.
5. Training Records and Data Management: Responsible for the management of training-related records, including training records, attendance, exam results, and training summary reports.
6. Specialized Training and Other Support Work: Cooperate with departments requiring new rules and functions at the training end.
7. Responsibility for Training Results and Business Effectiveness: For personnel or teams that have not achieved training objectives, take measures such as retraining, on-site coaching, and special rectification until the training results are truly implemented in business operations.
???? Requirements:
1. College diploma or above;
2. At least one year of training experience;
3. Proficient in office software, with excellent communication and coordination skills;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, high execution ability, excellent communication and coordination skills, strong teamwork spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure, and adept at identifying and resolving problems;
5. English/Arabic proficiency.
