Business Development Specialist /Transportation & Parcel Delivery (B2B) in Manama

WE. LOGISTICS is a growing logistics company specializing in transportation and parcel delivery solutions. We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Specialist with a strong background in B2B sales within the logistics, transportation and courier industry.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in transportation and parcel delivery sectors

Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements

Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

MBA or professional sales certifications will be an added advantage

Experience and Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within the logistics, transportation, courier, or parcel delivery industry

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Bahrain Market

Strong understanding of freight, last-mile delivery, and supply chain solutions

Demonstrated success in closing high-value corporate deals

Established network of business clients is highly preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Valid Visa in Bahrain and Bahraini Driving license
