???? Job Responsibilities

Manage complete operations of manpower supply (oil & gas / construction / industrial).

Handle client communication, negotiations & contract preparation.

Manage recruitment, mobilization, visa processing & deployment.

Ensure proper documentation: Timesheets, invoices, agreements.

Lead and supervise categories such as Helpers, HSE, WPR, Engineers, Technicians, etc.

Maintain client relations and bring new business opportunities.

Monitor performance, attendance, and discipline of supplied workers.

Report directly to Director / Project Manager.

???? Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years experience in manpower supply (GCC preferred).

Strong knowledge of oil & gas and construction manpower categories.

Good communication skills (English + Arabic advantage).

Must understand pricing, quotations, SAP/ERP usage, and timesheet management.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
