We Are Hiring – Chef de Partie (CDP)

Our fine dining restaurant is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, creative in their approach, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present dishes according to the restaurant’s standards and menu specifications

Manage a specific section of the kitchen efficiently, ensuring smooth operations

Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and inventory management

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen at all times

Mentor and guide junior kitchen staff when required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in the F&B industry, ideally in fine dining or multi-outlet restaurants

Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

Passion for culinary excellence and teamwork
