Fit Out Sales Manager , Workshop In-Charge And Site Engineer. in Manama

One of the reputed and prestigious fit-out and construction companies in Bahrain is urgently seeking qualified and experienced professionals who can handle their responsibilities independently, bring relevant industry experience, and contribute to our growing team.

1. Production / Workshop In-Charge

Experience: 10 -15 years in Joinery / Production / Metal / Steel / Painting Industries

Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day workshop production operations

* Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, materials, and finishes,Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and production planning tools.

* Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and procurement for smooth workflow

* Deal directly with suppliers for materials and finishes

* Supervise factory staff, subcontractors, and site installation teams

* Visit sites, take measurements, and prepare detailed BOQs for wooden and interior fit-out works

* Familiarity with shop drawings, materials, and finishing techniques

2. Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Experience: 5–10 years in Fit-Out / ID / Civil / MEP Works

Responsibilities:

* Manage daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution

* Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, project manager, and site workforce

* Handle multiple sites, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines

* Report daily site activities to the Project Manager and top management

3.Sales Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Experience: 10 to 15 years in sales in Bahrain in the same field

* Generate new business leads and convert them into confirmed fit-out projects

* Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals

* Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships

* Understand market trends, materials, and finishes in interior fit-out

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
