Business Development / Tele Sales in Manama

We are a reputed consultancy firm in Bahrain seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales & Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, engaging with clients, and supporting the company’s sales and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct cold calls to potential clients to promote company services

– Visit clients to present services and build strong business relationships

– Arrange and schedule client meetings and follow-ups

– Maintain and update client records and sales documentation

– Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects

– Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and related business correspondence

Requirements:

– Proven experience in tele sales, business development, or a related field (preferably in consultancy or service industry)

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

– Ability to work independently and meet targets

– Valid Bahrain driving license (mandatory)

– Proficiency in English (required)

– Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Malayalam and/or Arabic
