Production Manager in Makkah

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG manufacturing to lead and oversee all production operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-volume production environments, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage all production activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Lead and supervise production teams, including supervisors, operators, and support staff.

Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP requirements, and company procedures.

Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Maintenance, Procurement, and Planning departments to ensure smooth operations.

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.

Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare production reports, KPIs, and operational performance updates for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a Production Manager role.

Proven experience in perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing is required.

Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices.

Experience managing high-volume production facilities.
